The student-run restaurant at the school operates from mid-January to April. It’s open two days a week (Thursday and Friday) to the public, serving lunch to about 150 people each day, with a new theme each week. Students rotate through positions, from food prep to head chef to hosting and serving. It’s become so popular with the community that reservations must be made in advance.
